Service Standards:

In-person consultations are mandatory for potential clients with hair loss and for any client that wants to begin their Loc journey.
All clients must have a completed Liability Waiver & Questionnaire Form on file to receive services.
A non-refundable deposit is required to book your appointment and goes toward your style cost.
Hair must be clean and free of any hair products.
Hair that's longer than mid-back will incur an additional charge.
COVID safety is top tier, here.
